1. Acceptance of Terms

By using JoyInk ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

JoyInk is a social media platform for traditional marker artists to share artwork, track marker collections, participate in challenges, and connect with other artists.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• One account per person. Automated accounts are not permitted.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all artwork and content you post.
• By posting content, you grant JoyInk a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App and marketing materials.
• You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users.
• Posting content you do not have the right to share.
• Spamming, including repetitive likes, comments, or follows.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or private data.
• Using the App for any commercial purpose without our consent.

6. AI Features

JoyInk uses artificial intelligence to generate descriptions and tags for artwork. These are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. AI-generated content does not represent the views of JoyInk or its users.

7. Challenges

Monthly challenges are community events. Winners are determined by like count. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate our terms. No monetary prizes are awarded unless explicitly stated.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
