• Content: Photos, captions, comments, and messages you create.
• Usage data: Interactions such as likes, follows, and challenge entries.
• Device information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's features.
• To send you notifications (which you can control in Settings).
• To enforce our Terms of Service and community guidelines.
• To generate AI descriptions and tags for artwork (processed server-side).

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Other users: Your profile, posts, and activity are visible to other users as part of the social experience.
• Service providers: We use Cloudflare (image storage), Resend (email), and Expo (push notifications) to operate the App.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. Images are stored on Cloudflare R2. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Your Rights

• Access: You can view your data through the App.
• Correction: You can edit your profile and content at any time.
• Deletion: You can request account deletion through Settings. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• Data portability: Contact us to request a copy of your data.

6. Push Notifications

You can control which push notifications you receive in the App's notification settings. Disabling push notifications does not affect in-app notifications.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for admin authentication on the website. The mobile app does not use cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

JoyInk is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
